Megan Archer – President & CEO

Megan Archer serves as President and CEO of the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce, leading initiatives that advance economic growth, business development, and regional collaboration across the Tri-State.  She brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic communications, marketing, and community engagement, having held leadership roles with Marshall Health Network, the West Virginia Department of Education, and Marshall University.

A graduate of the Chamber's inaugural Leadership Huntington class, Megan is a passionate advocate for strengthening economic opportunity and quality of life throughout the region. She currently serves as Chair of the Economic Development Committee for the Huntington Tri-State Airport Board of Directors and was recently elected to the Board of Directors of Appalachia's Front Porch,  where she helps guide efforts to promote the Tri-State region's tourism, cultural heritage, outdoor recreation, and economic vitality through collaborative destination marketing initiatives. Additionally, she serves on the boards of Advantage Valley, HADCO, Downtown Huntington Partners, and The Junior League of Huntington.

A native of Parkersburg and proud graduate of Marshall University and Marietta College, Megan is dedicated to building strategic partnerships that position West Virginia for long-term success, investment, and growth.
